VAN-BIKE 3 bike carrier for Ford Custom
The VAN-BIKE range of bicycle racks for vans has been extended with a new model: VAN-BIKE 3 for Ford Custom.
The VAN-BIKE 3, developed by Mecatek for Sawiko France, features a robust mounting bolted directly to the vehicle chassis. Unlike other technical solutions on the market, this chassis-mounting concept means that the doors and tailgate are not damaged. The VAN-BIKE 3 can carry up to 2 EABs and a standard bike, thanks to its 80 kg payload.
A major advantage of this bike carrier is that it pivots through more than 90°, allowing you to fully open the tailgate or rear doors of your converted van, leaving your boot accessible.
The VAN-BIKE 3 model can also be folded down.
The VAN-BIKE range is a great success, particularly in its VAN-BIK 2 version for Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer, Citroën Jumper and Opel Movano (model 2022).
